80 ml (1/3 c) Mushroom powder of your choice
80 ml (1/3 c) savory flakes
80 ml (1/3 c) Rosemary flakes
30 ml (2 Tbsp) basil flakes
60 ml (1/4 c) five crushed pepper corns
80 ml (1/3 c) Fleur de sel
80 ml (1/3 c) crushed mushroom pieces
30 ml (2 Tbsp) dehydrated garlic
60 ml (1/4 c) dehydrated onion

In a sealed container, mix all the ingredients and use this to season your grilling meats.
Use it as well to season fish, seafood, roasts such as salmon, halibut, large shrimp, lobster and scallops.
