Gaspesie Sauvage
We offer only wild products – edible plants, mushrooms, flowers, seeds, seaweed and berries… – fresh, dried and processed, all foraged directly in their natural environment.
We supply Fine Grocery Stores, Chefs and Caterers in Canada and Europe.
We practice a reasoned harvest, which means that we do not seek to harvest dozens of tons of products, but only what we need. We use the forest, we do not exploit it.
Our pickings come mainly from Quebec, but also from other regions depending on the harvest period and the desired species.
The majority of our pickers are forest owners who forage on their land.
They have followed our training sessions to learn how to harvest the different products we are looking for in a respectful manner.
We always deliver the best quality, in bulk or retail.
