Nowadays, farming and breeding techniques have developed to such an extent that most of the so-called wild food we eat actually comes from farms or market gardens.
The same is true for mushrooms. Some saprophytic mushrooms (oyster mushrooms, shiitaké, agarics…) are cultivated on a large scale on different supports.
Most of the mushrooms we propose are not part of this reality and all are harvested in the forest.
Foraging is still the only way to obtain these forest delights that fully deserve the name of wild products.
As for plants, flowers, seeds, algae and other fruits, we only harvest wild products.
