– A picker’s recipe

1 bag of Wild Mix rehydrated in a vegetable broth.
Cook some sliced shallots in a little olive oil.
Add 1 tbsp of flour and mix.
Let cook on low heat.
Add the mushrooms and the rehydration liquid
Blend well.
Let cook on low heat for five more minutes.
Add some cream and milk, salt and pepper.
