Ossyane

Graduated in organic fruit growing from the Institut National d’Agriculture Biologique du Québec, our son Ossyane is developing his project of cultivating northern plants (haskap, gojis, saskatoons, aronias,…) and harvesting wild fruits.
He is also a passionate beekeeper and produces an excellent raw forest honey!
